By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, are 18 years of age or older, and will use all products solely for lawful research purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from VELTRIDE. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age verification cannot be confirmed.
Product descriptions, purity specifications, and lot information are provided for informational purposes. Purity is verified at time of manufacture by third-party HPLC analysis. VELTRIDE does not make claims regarding the suitability of any compound for specific research applications.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We ship within Canada only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Due to the perishable and regulated nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. Damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments will be replaced. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
VELTRIDE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: the use or misuse of our products; reliance on product information; or any unauthorized use. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VELTRIDE, its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our products or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
