How do I place an order?
Browse our research catalogue, select your compounds, and contact us via WhatsApp or email to request documentation and place your order. Payment details are provided after order review.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order requirement. However, orders over $150 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
Products & Quality
What is your purity guarantee?
All VELTRIDE research compounds are ≥99% purity verified by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party accredited laboratory is included with every order. You can verify the purity of your specific batch using the lot number on your COA.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds should be stored at −20°C for long-term storage, or 2–8°C (refrigerated) for up to 3 months after reconstitution. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Keep away from light and moisture. Refer to your specific compound’s COA for storage specifications.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products sold by VELTRIDE Inc. are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not approved by Health Canada for therapeutic, diagnostic, medical, cosmetic, or veterinary use. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.
What does each lot number mean?
Each lot number (e.g., VT-BPC) corresponds to a specific production batch. This number links your physical product to its Certificate of Analysis, confirming the purity data applies to your exact sample. If you have questions about a specific batch, contact us with the lot number.
Can I request a compound not listed in the catalogue?
Possibly. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with the compound name, form, and quantity required. We will advise on availability and documentation.
Shipping & Orders
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada. Standard rates apply to orders below this threshold.
When will my order ship?
Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM PT Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM PT ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada only. All provinces and territories are served. We do not currently ship internationally.
How is my order packaged?
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no VELTRIDE branding on the outside. Products are packaged with insulated cold packs to maintain integrity during transit. A Certificate of Analysis is included for each compound.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
