How do I place an order? +
Select your research goal on the homepage, browse products, add to cart and tap Checkout. You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe payment page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details.
Is my payment secure? +
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card data never touches our servers. Look for the 🔒 in your browser bar during checkout.
Can I order by WhatsApp? +
Yes. If you prefer, message us at +1 (250) 718-9152 and we'll walk you through the order manually and send a payment link.
PRODUCTS & QUALITY
What is your purity guarantee? +
All VELTRIDE peptides are ≥98% purity verified by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party lab is included with every order.
How should peptides be stored? +
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C for long-term storage, or 2–8°C (refrigerated) for up to 3 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Keep away from light and moisture.
Are these peptides for human use? +
No. All products sold by VELTRIDE are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not approved by Health Canada for therapeutic use. You must be 18+ to purchase.
What does each lot number mean? +
Each lot number (e.g. VT-001) corresponds to a specific production batch. This allows you to cross-reference your COA and verify the purity data for the exact batch you received.
Can I request a specific peptide not listed? +
Possibly. Contact us on WhatsApp with the compound name, dose, and quantity you need. We'll advise on availability.

Where do you ship to? +
We currently ship within Canada only. All provinces and territories are covered. See our Shipping page for delivery timelines and rates.
How is my order packaged? +
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no VELTRIDE branding visible on the outside. Products are packaged with insulated cold packs to maintain integrity during transit.
How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping is 3–7 business days. Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
