WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, messages are subject to Meta’s privacy policy.

4. Age & Researcher Verification

By using this Site and placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher using products solely for in-vitro laboratory purposes. We reserve the right to request verification and to cancel orders where these requirements cannot be confirmed.

Order and customer data is retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Canadian tax law. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
